- Catering for gatherings of all sizes (we’ve catered corporate events for as few as 10 people and large, convention-style events for as many as 1,200 people.)
- Silverware, plastic ware, plates, Chinaware, napkins, hardware, chafing dishes, steam tables, and serving utensils. Everything you need to enjoy a smooth, easy catering experience (some materials are included in standard catering prices, some are extra, but everything is flexible according to your needs.)
- Food choices including enchiladas, combination plates, a taco bar, delicious cilantro shrimp, classic fajitas, you name it. (Our catering menu is also flexible to your event needs. We have prepared shrimp cocktails, juicy ribeye steaks, and potatoes for some events. Just ask.)
